MODIFY OR CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS

The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled via any digital medium

You can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant/Shop directly

In case the order which is paid through digital payment method is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant/shop, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Sugar Swap. This refund will be returned on the actual source within 5 to7 working days. However, Sugar Swap is not responsible for any delay on the bank side. In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Product cancellations are only eligible within 12 hours of placing the order. Post this, the cancellation will not be allowed. In extreme circumstances, product cancellation may be permitted (upon discretion) on the condition that the customer bears all the transportation charges for the product dispatch and return.

Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempted from being returned including but not limited to the following

  3. Downloadable software products
  4. All edible products which are of exact specifications (weight, ingredients & nutritional information) as mentioned on our website www.sugarswap.in
